Returns and replacements are only applicable for the following:
- Manufacturing defects.
- Breakage during shipment.
- Product not same as described on the product page.
Exemptions from the policy:
- Electronic products.
- Wires & Relays.
- Perfumes, Sprays and other liquids.
- All other parts which says “Non Returnable” under product description.
Returns are accepted on the following conditions:
- Product is returned in original packaging with no damage, scratches or dents.
- Product is unused and in the same condition as it was at the time of receipt (with no sign of installation or usage).
- Request for return is initiated within 10 days of receipt of product.
Return or replacement procedure:
- Customer can initiate return by sending email at hindonmotors@gmail.com with photos or video of the damaged or defective product.
- While returning the package, customer must make sure that the parts are repacked properly to ensure it doesn’t get damaged in transit as Hindonmotors will not be liable for refunds/return in case the part got damaged (while in transit) due to improper packaging.
Replacement of product:
- In case a replacement product is offered, the new product will be sent by Hindonmotors at no extra cost to the customer.
- However, if any upgrades or changes are made to the original order, customer will have to pay for the shipment charges.
Refunds:
- After the returned product is received, inspected and approved by our QC team, it would take up to 3 day for the refund to initiate.
- It usually takes 5 to 7 working days for the refund to reflect into your account. If you do not receive the refund within the above said time, please contact your bank.
- Refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.
